PC’s Hiatus
I can speak for what I know:
1. I am in D.C., working an internship and taking a class.
2. David is working at internship at a local law firm in PA.
3. Karie is wandering the hinterland of eastern Tennessee.
4. Chris talked about working for the Social Security Administration (is this still true?).
Needless to say, we are all relatively busy and haven’t had the time nor the ambition to write.
I’ll be back, eventually.
Until then, I will spend my time in DuPont Circle enjoying the culture and conversation. It’s a bit more interesting than Searcy.

The internship at Sain Law is going very well. I love it there. I have my own e-mail address and everything.
I am sure that we will have lots of good things to blog about whenever we can find the time for it since we are all off doing different things.
I’ll try to post at least a couple of times per week from here on out because blogging is fun, after all.

Actually, I’m in Tallahassee, Florida, frolicking with the gators and not doing much else since we’re in a recession and no one hires for summertime work anymore.
I will confess that I’ve been doing an obscene amount of work on 461, though.
Sorry about the lack of posts, everyone.

461!? What the heck? How can you be thinking about writing a senior thesis while you are in Florida on summer break!?

For the simple reason that it’s TOO HOT to be outside all the time. (Don’t worry, I’ve already been to the beach twice and I’ve got tickets for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays vs. Chicago Cubs game next week. Go Cubs!)

News update: I’m now working part-time at a toy store. This is probably not helping my future career as a star diplomat, policy adviser, CIA operative, or communications director, but it’s paying for gas.

Summers tend to be dead times for news and bloggers anyway, so don’t worry about it. Lots of people are taking a few weeks off to recharge their batteries and spend a bit of time doing things they enjoy offline. See you when you get back.
